HUMAN HELP MATTERS
You deserve support.
NightWhisper is a companionship service, not a medical or crisis service. It does not diagnose or treat insomnia, anxiety, or depression. Its chatbot cannot keep you safe in an emergency.
If you feel unsafe right now.
If you are thinking about hurting yourself or feel unsafe, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line now. Don’t wait for a reply from NightWhisper.
If it is safe to do so, reach out to someone nearby and ask them to stay with you while you contact help.
Find a helpline in your country ↗A few places to reach a person.
Use the service for the country you are in. These examples do not cover every location; the global directory above can help you find local options.
Operator note: helpline numbers, coverage, and operating arrangements must be verified before launch. This page has not been live-verified.
A gentler way through a waking night.
General sleep information is different from individual medical advice. You might prefer a dimmer room, a quiet activity, or putting the screen aside for a while. There is no need to turn tonight into another task to finish.
If sleeplessness lasts for weeks, affects daily life, or worries you, talk to a doctor. A clinician can consider your situation in a way this service cannot.

For a non-urgent conversation, NightWhisper can be a place to say a little. It can sit alongside support from friends, family, and professionals.
